Viktoria Komova Training Bars On the Road to Recovery

Since injuring herself post Russian Nationals, all has been quiet on Viktoria Komova's front.

The 2012 Olympic silver medalist injured her ankle shortly after the Russian national championships, leaving her unable to compete for Russia at the European Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Today, a video surfaced of Vika training on the uneven bars, her signature event.
She's seen training all of her eponymous clear pike stalder transitions and she's still got those beautiful lines and gorgeous handstand positions. She's up to full difficulty, and that is including a full in dismount which she sticks. Good to see Vika's ankle is up to taking the pressure of landings. Hopefully, she can stay healthy enough to make the Worlds team.
